We created the Get Lost Cycling development squad to support local up-and-coming mountain bikers and create an environment for young riders to develop their talent and follow their dreams!
The development squad is aimed at helping the team members get the most out of their riding. This means different things for each rider, and it isn't necessarily results-based. We want the squad to serve as a stepping stone for the four members to develop themselves as riders and people and create opportunities that might otherwise have been out of reach.
The brief is open and we’re encouraging the team members to create content, enter races and just have fun. The whole thing is about them exploring the opportunity of a career in cycling, whether that be as an athlete, a content creator, or both. It’s not only about being super-fast on a downhill track or enduro course but having fun and being the best versions of themselves, on and off the bike!
